Shipbuilding Pipefitter

Qualifications:

• 3 years relevant experience in ship building, oil & gas & construction
• With Tesda NC2 certificate (welding & pipe fitting)

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and specifications related to marine piping systems
• Designing, installing, and maintaining piping systems on marine vessels
• Using various tools and equipment such as pipe benders, torches, and welding machines to shape and fit pipes
• Inspecting and testing installed pipe systems and pipelines for leaks, damage, and compliance with specifications
• Replacing or repairing damaged or dysfunctional pipes
