Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of plant equipment by developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing repairs, and improving overall plant performance
• This includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and execution of repairs.
