   My name is Donna Joy S. Pahila, a P.E, Music, and Arts Teacher with 7 years of classroom
   experience in elementary and secondary levels. I am currently teaching at Santa Barbara
   National Comprehensive High School in Iloilo, Philippines as a Physical Education, Music, and
   Arts teacher. I want to express my interest to apply as a teacher in your school.
   I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Education at West
   Visayas State University in Iloilo City, Philippines last March 31,2015. I pursued Master of
   Physical Education major in Sports at West Visayas State University in Iloilo City, Philippines
   from April 12, 2016 up to the present with 18 academic units . I love to teach and I see myself
   as resourceful and creative teacher. I am a dedicated and passionate P.E teacher with advanced
   degree who strives to create an inclusive learning environment where every child can be
   successful by implementing effective teaching strategies and utilizing technology to adapt to
   the needs of 21st century learners. I believe in a student-centered approach, where learners
   actively participate in decision-making and goal-setting. By involving students in the planning
   and evaluation of their physical activities, I aim to foster a sense of ownership and
   responsibility for their health and fitness.
   As a Physical Education teacher, my philosophy of education is grounded in the belief that
   physical activity is integral to the holistic development of individuals. Beyond the gymnasium or
   sports field, I see physical education as a means to cultivate lifelong habits that contribute to
   overall well-being. My role extends beyond teaching sports skills; it involves instilling values,
   promoting inclusivity, and fostering a positive attitude toward physical activity. Physical
   education should be enjoyable and engaging. I incorporate a variety of sports, games, and
   physical activities to cater to diverse interests and abilities. By making the learning experience
   enjoyable, I hope to in still a lifelong love for physical activity and fitness.
