PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT (STEEL INDUSTRY)

Qualifications:

  • Male Only
  • With 3 years of experience as Procurement in Steel Fabrication Industry

Responsibilities:

  • Supports a company’s purchasing activities by sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Find suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to get favorable terms and prices.
  • Review and place purchase orders, ensuring they are accurate and complete
  • Analyze data on price trends, supplier performance, and inventory.
  • Create and interpret cost analyses to make cost-effective purchases.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure supplies are well-stocked
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
