Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proven experience in TIG welding and metal fabrication works.
• Ability to operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience operating Salvagnini automatic panel bending machines.
• Familiarity with ELUMATEC SBZ 140 (4-Axis) machining centers and related production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication plans, and production specifications.
• Strong knowledge of welding procedures, metalworking techniques, and quality standards.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to welding and fabrication equipment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production or construction team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding operations on various metal components according to engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Operate welding equipment safely and maintain high standards of workmanship and product quality.
• Set up, operate, and monitor Salvagnini automatic panel bending machines to ensure accurate fabrication processes.
• Operate and assist in the production process using ELUMATEC SBZ 140 (4-Axis) machining centers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect welded and fabricated components to verify compliance with quality and dimensional requirements.
• Perform adjustments, repairs, and corrective actions on fabricated products when necessary.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding and fabrication equipment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, operational standards, and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors, machine operators, and production personnel to achieve production targets.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
