Qualifications:

- Relevant corporate experience and the ability to handle export sales-related matters effectively.
- Fluent in use of Microsoft functions
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Maintain accurate databases and filing systems for operational records, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Prepare and organize documents such as reports, briefs, and presentations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in procuring goods and services necessary for operations and manage inventory levels.
