Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the employees, assign tasks and duties, and oversee the performance of those during a work shift
• Responsible for training new employees and ensuring they’re knowledgeable about the work tasks, safety standards, and procedures.
• May implement conflict resolution strategies to encourage their teams to work through their issues together.
