Business Development Associate/HR Assistant
Qualifications:
- Female applicants
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- 1+ years of work experience preferably in HR or in an application-based startup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Basic analytical skills and understanding of Spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
- The operation’s associate role is a great opportunity for a young professional with limited work experience to understand how operational processes are designed and implemented.
- The associate will assist the supervisor in achieving all operations KPI
- Assist the supervisor in ensuring supply availability for planned demand
- Assist the supervisor in ensuring on-time order fulfilment –
- Ensure partner satisfaction score (NPS) as per target by the following – Actively solve tickets raised by the partners in the system and highlight the issues with the business team.
- Coordinating with manpower companies to solve partner-related issues.
- Creating & executing partner engagement processes (Rewarding & Recognizing top performers)
- Taking initiatives for improving the experience of the partner at various touch points (Screening, Training & Retraining)
- Work in close coordination with different departments of Vendor partners.
- Work with the Customer Experience team to handle escalation cases properly
