Mobile Technician

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the mobile industry

Board repair experience for iOS devices

Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment is required

No minimum educational attainment required

Strong technical knowledge of mobile hardware and software

Responsibilities:

Examine mobile devices for defects, damage, or malfunctions

Perform functional and diagnostic tests on mobile devices to ensure proper operation

Repair and service mobile devices, including board-level repairs (iOS)

Ensure all devices comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry norms

Maintain accurate records of repairs and testing procedures

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex device issues

Adhere to workplace safety and quality protocols
