HVAC TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Experience in facilities maintenance within high-end environments.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.
- Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a highly skilled team.
- Professional appearance, upholding Sindalah’s luxurious image.
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance HVAC systems, ensuring exceptional indoor climate control.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues promptly. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Assist in the implementation of energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of safety and technical excellence.
