INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• 5-12 years work of experience yrs of exp. in the refining and the petrochemical industries with a specialty in Instrumentation & Process Control, including five yrs of field exp. in construction, precommissioning, commissioning, startup and operation.
• Experience Engineering Design & Construction phase experience with a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles in the applicable International Codes, Standards and Specifications
• Saudi Aramco or gulf countries experience is advantage.
• Have broad knowledge and expertise in specific control & instrumentation disciplines such as Advanced process control (APC), Distributed control systems (DCS), Programmable logic controllers (PLC), Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) – Emergency shutdown system (ESD) & etc.
• Have knowledge of and familiarity with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, Procedures, Best Practices and Inspection Procedures (SAES,SAEP,SABP and SAIP) and Materials Systems Specifications (SAMSS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management abilities
• A Dynamic attitude towards project improvements and savings, PMP Certification is desirable but not mandatory. Flexibility to work in multinational teams and mobilize to different locations including remote areas as needed.
• Familiar with leading equipment manufacturers/vendors, international standards and value improvement practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulation
• Fluent in English, oral and written and Computer Literate
• Must possess a valid light vehicle driving license.
