SALON – SPA MANAGER
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salon/Spa Manager or in a leadership role in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Strong knowledge of salon and spa services, treatments, and trends.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Business acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial aspects.
- Proficiency in using salon management software or booking systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of salon or spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and customer service.
- Manage and mentor a team of beauty therapists, hair stylists, and support staff.
- Develop and implement effective salon/spa policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of products, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for clients and staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Manage the booking system and appointment scheduling.
- Conduct staff training and professional development programs.
- Handle financial aspects, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense management.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and techniques.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Report to upper management and provide regular updates on performance and operations
