GENERAL WORKERS (EXTRACTION PROCESS OPERATOR)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Basic technical experience (MS office, SCADA control)
Job Description:
- Able to do autonomous maintenance ensuring area of ownership is within basic condition
- Able to do equipment Start Up, Steady State Running & Shut Down safely according to standards work instructions
- Understands Normal/Abnormal running to deliver right quality. Follow local production area standards & policies, reports issues & adherence to production systems & processes to ensure timely decision making & escalation
- Performs production checks according to local procedure
- Able to work in Hot & humid environment
- Able to lift heavy parts for production equipment servicing
- Participates in Operations Performance Meeting Structure -OPS Level1 & ensure information transfer between the shifts
- Suggests & implements improvement ideas
- Collect data accurately & write in the log sheet to compute for Extraction Yield
- Able to do Cleaning, Inspection, & Lubrication in assigned area.
- Able to do Roasted & ground particle size measurement
- Able to do tank cleaning & CIP
- To ensure all the equipments (tank, filter bag) are cleaned every shift (depend on the process requirements) or if necessary including the CIP
