GENERAL WORKERS (EVAPORATOR PROCESS OPERATOR)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Basic technical experience (MS office, SCADA control)
Job Description:
- Able to perform daily/weekly operation task in high level of noise area (evaporator)
- Continuous daily GMP and 5s & proper shift handover related to process, safety & quality according to food safety guidelines
- Able to perform start up, continuous running operation & shut down machine & other related equipment as per WI & parameter provided. SCADA control for python line and PLC control for conventional line
- Able to deliver quality in spec as per production para meter (outlet coffee brix, sediment) & CIP parameter (colour and pH)
- Able to perform minor trouble shooting in case of operations failure. (brix fluctuating, instable steam pressure supply, instable vacuum pressure, etc)
- Confer with management, maintenance or other equipment operators in order to report equipment malfunctions or resolve production problems (pump jammed, motor trip, leakage & etc.)
- Monitors equipment operation, gauges, & SCADA operation to detect deviations from standards (inlet flowrate, vessel level, vacuum & steam pressure, etc)
- Record gauge readings, test results, & shift production in log sheet (coffee volume in & out) for yield & coffee traceability
- Read & interpret work orders & instructions to determine work assignments, process specifications & production schedules
- Able to clean, wash and replace bag filter for inlet and outlet when needed.
- Able to perform pipeline and vessel CIP to compensate high pressure cleaning activities.
