Assistant Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Open for First timers and Ex-Abroad
• At Least 3 years experience n QSR in some international food chain.
• Degree or three years Diploma in hotel Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a restaurant environment.

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to optimize cost efficiency and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Create a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking appropriate actions to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, cooks, and support staff.
• Schedule and manage employee shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and expenses.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for management review.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Offer QAR 2500 (Php. 38,000.00)
• Additional QAR 300 for Food Allowance
• Transportation and Accommodation is provided by the company.
