ENGINEERS

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Male Applicants
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience
  • Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Engineering (Mechanical) or similar fields.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify and lead implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that drive positive change in the factory, improving production efficiency, quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with production teams and cross-functional departments to identify areas for improvement and deploy new technology and process improvements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies, processes and tools that enable successful adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective action plans to address gaps in performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, maintain a high level of employee engagement and ensure that all employees are driving towards shared objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and communication to leadership team on progress towards targets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
