Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and able to provide training.
- Leadership qualities and people skills.
- Ability to develop good working relationship with other and motivate them to work.
- Experience working in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, excel, Outlook, Experience with Pronto is highly desirable.
- Experience having worked in the Service Station, fuel industry would be an advantage
Responsibilities:Â
- Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through proper planning, directing, or coordinating of the business activities.
- Plan and manage the use and allocations of materials and human resources,
- Liaise with top management and assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity as well as in the formulation of relevant policies, rules and regulations.
- Implement and manage operational plans as prescribed by the top Management.
- Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control;
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.
- Facilitate the organization of special promotions, displays and events;
- Initiate changes to improve the business to ensure competitiveness of company business in the local market.
- Report regularly to superior operational matters and status of the company and submit recommendations for management consideration
- Staff trainings, motivations, disciplinary actions and other personnel action
Requirements:

- Diploma/TOR
- Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
- Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
- 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
