CABIN CREW

Qualifications:

• Height must be between 5’4 (1.65m) to 6’2 (1.87m), with weight in proportion to height
• Have a vertical function reach of at least 2.01. (6’7) and have no visible tattoos or body piercings
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and be able to swim 50m (55yards)
• Be able to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for your entire career.
• Conduct stand-by duties close to your airport base
• Customers service skills for working with passengers and excellent verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate confident decision-making and effective time management
• At least you have certificates or trainings in Aviation

Responsibilities:

• Revises policies to enhance the quality of passenger services.
• Monitors cabin performances and writes performance appraisals for her cabin crew.
• Manages cabin crew rostering and attendance.
