Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans based on their needs and preferences.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, symptom recognition, and preventive care measures.
