PROMOTIONS SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Sales & Marketing or a similar field.
- Preferably with 2–5 years of experience developing and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Experience in marketing events, product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, or promotional activities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and organized with good attention to detail.
- Able to coordinate multiple promotional activities and deadlines.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital marketing or promotional tools.
- Able to communicate professionally with clients, business partners, suppliers, media representatives, and event organizers.
- Results-oriented and capable of evaluating promotional campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns designed to increase product or service awareness and sales.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Develop promotional strategies based on business objectives, target audiences, and market requirements.
- Create and coordinate the production of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and digital content.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure promotional campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in developing promotional concepts, campaign themes, and marketing content.
- Coordinate event logistics, schedules, venues, promotional materials, equipment, and other requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, event organizers, and other service providers as needed.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, business partners, media representatives, and event organizers.
- Assist in coordinating advertising, public relations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor promotional campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness based on customer engagement, leads, sales, and other relevant results.
- Prepare campaign reports, event summaries, and promotional performance reports for management.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify promotional opportunities.
- Ensure promotional materials and activities are consistent with company branding and marketing standards.
- Maintain records of promotional activities, contacts, suppliers, campaign materials, and event details.
- Perform other marketing and promotional duties as assigned by management.
