Aureol Global Connections is seeking a reliable and skilled Pallet Maker to support pallet production and repair operations in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing used pallets, sorting pallets according to quality standards, conducting inspections, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.

PALLET MAKER

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pallet repair, pallet making, woodworking, carpentry, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and handling materials.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good teamwork, reliability, and work discipline.
• Commitment to following health and safety protocols.
• Skills and Competencies

Responsibilities:

• Repair second-hand pallets by replacing damaged boards, blocks, and components.
• Assemble and manufacture pallets according to required specifications.
• Sort pallets based on grade, condition, and quality requirements.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure repaired and finished pallets meet company standards.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely during pallet repair and assembly activities.
• Identify damaged materials and determine appropriate repair actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with other warehouse or production duties when required.
