We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join Seazen Group Co. in Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise service staff, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of service in a fine dining environment.
Restaurant Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role
- Experience in Italian, Intercontinental, or International cuisine, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, motivate, and support restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor inventory levels and report supply requirements
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming dining environment
- Support management in achieving operational and customer satisfaction goals

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
