Yamazaki Construction Co. Ltd is seeking a qualified Excavator Operator to perform excavation and heavy equipment operations for construction projects in Japan. The ideal candidate will have relevant operating experience, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Japanese language and workplace culture.

Excavator Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as an Excavator Operator.
• At least high school graduate.
• Preferably not more than 35 years old.
• Must have a very good attitude and strong work discipline.
• Willing to learn Nihongo through company-provided training.
• Committed to work with the Japanese employer until completion of contract period.
• Physically fit and capable of handling construction site operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently for construction and excavation activities.
• Perform digging, trenching, leveling, and material handling according to project requirements.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Follow construction site safety procedures and company regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and co-workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Report equipment issues or site hazards immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of machinery and work areas.
