Tropicana PTY Limited is seeking an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in logistics and inventory control, and the ability to optimize workflows and staff performance.

Supply and Distribution Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, especially inventory and warehouse management software.
  • Knowledge of logistics, delivery processes, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations and workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and inventory personnel, fostering teamwork and high performance.
  • Monitor receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, implement stock control measures, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Develop and enforce warehouse policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Optimize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare performance and inventory reports for management.
  • Oversee container receiving, palletizing accuracy, and overall warehouse organization.
