BAKER (Bread & Pastries)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a baker, preferably in a professional kitchen.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must possess a valid passport with at least 2.5 years of validity.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• No formal educational requirements; experience and skill are key.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, and desserts to ensure consistent quality and taste.
• Manage daily operations of the pastry section, including oven times, dough fermentation, and baking schedules.
• Monitor ingredient stocks, place orders as needed, and maintain cost-effective production methods.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe adjustments as required.
