MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in laboratory settings
• Must be a Licensed Professional (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Valid certification is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory work
• Knowledgeable in laboratory equipment operation and safety procedures
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory testing and specimen analysis
• Handle and process biological specimens following standard procedures
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
• Ensure accuracy of test results and proper documentation of data
• Follow strict safety protocols when handling biological hazards and chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory area
• Comply with SOPs and laboratory quality standards
• May be required to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours based on operational needs
