CLINICAL GOVERNANCE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Medical Science or related fields
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, healthcare compliance, and quality assurance systems
• Experience in developing and implementing healthcare policies and frameworks
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to coordinate and lead clinical governance meetings

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all clinical practices comply with National Department of Health (NDOH) standards and regulatory requirements
• Review clinical documentation, SOPs, and guidelines with proper version control and approval tracking
• Provide standard treatment guidelines to clinics in alignment with national and organizational protocols
• Develop, implement, and review the Clinical Governance Framework covering quality, risk, safety, education, and patient experience
• Conduct monthly clinical governance meetings in the absence of Senior Medical Officers
• Monitor clinic licensing, including renewals, compliance requirements, and expiry schedules
• Ensure continuous improvement in clinical quality and patient safety standards
