PROJECT ARCHITECT
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Studies, Art & Design, or related field
- Licensed/Registered Architect (mandatory)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software (Revit/BIM is an advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years required experience (5–10 years hands-on experience preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, building services, and property management
- Experience working with reputable architectural firms is an advantage
- Good understanding of engineering applications in construction
- Strong computer and technical skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from schematic design through construction and project completion
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Supervise construction activities, installation of materials, and on-site operations
- Handle contract administration and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Implement company policies, house rules, and maintenance procedures
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of the project department
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and timelines
