Riyan Private Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee construction site operations in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, site supervision, and project coordination, ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project standards.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in construction or project coordination.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Willingness to work in the Maldives and adapt to site conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce performance.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Resolve on-site issues, delays, and conflicts promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, attendance, and incidents.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.
- Assist in scheduling work and meeting project deadlines.
