BUILDING MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in property management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and administrative processes efficiently.
• Proven track record in tenant relations, property marketing, and maintenance oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve full tenancy for assigned properties and ensure timely collection of rental payments.
• Ensure the physical maintenance, safety, and upkeep of all properties under management.
• Monitor and manage all service contracts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Locate, secure, and market additional properties for management or potential sale.
• Provide leadership and oversight across financial and administrative functions related to property management.
