Auto Painter

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in vehicle painting
• Trade qualification in Automotive Refinishing or similar
• Knowledge of paint mixing systems and colour matching
• Strong attention to detail and colour accuracy
• Understanding of workplace safety standards

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix and match paint colours accurately for repairs or custom jobs
• Apply paint using spray equipment to ensure smooth and high-quality finishes
• Perform polishing and finishing tasks to achieve professional results
• Maintain paint booth and equipment in proper working condition
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and best practices in the workshop
