Nurse Specialist
Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years of experience in Clinical Setting
- Willing to undergo Dataflow Verification and Prometric Examination
Responsibilities:
- Review the daily appointment list, ensure all patient files and investigation results are complete, arrange charts in order of appointment, and prepare progress notes to prevent delays.
- Take and record vital signs, assist doctors during examinations using proper aseptic technique, ensure correct documentation, prescriptions, and follow-up appointments, and provide health teachings as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the clinic, ensure equipment is sterilized and supplies are stocked, prepare daily census reports, attend meetings, and perform additional assigned duties including emergency room assistance
