RESTAURANT KITCHEN ASSISTANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Ensure kitchen boh and foh are supervise according to company standard, rules and country laws
• Achieving targets, ensure staff are focus on goals and effective on the areas as per designation
• Ensure food are serve in quality in fast and efficient manner
• Train staff, making schedule, fifo, making quality feedback in daily operation, proper communication to management.
