MEP TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum high school graduate or relevant technical diploma/certificate in MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing fields
• At least 1–5 years of relevant work experience as an MEP Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of MEP systems, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and manuals
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Inspect MEP systems to identify faults, malfunctions, or safety concerns
• Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues and carry out corrective actions
• Ensure proper operation of lighting, power systems, air-conditioning, water supply, and drainage
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules and standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians regarding work requirements
• Prepare basic maintenance reports and job completion records
