Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in food service, restaurant operations, or a similar role
• Experience in coffee preparation and use of espresso machines is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Pret shop team to ensure all Barista-prepared drinks are served according to Pret standards
• Be available during all coffee trading peak periods to ensure speed, quality, and consistency
• Ensure that during non-peak trading times, the coffee area is adequately covered by a Barista or Team Member Star (Coffee) to maintain consistent drink standards
• Deliver excellent drink quality, product knowledge, and outstanding customer service with Pret “Buzz”
• Ensure efficient back counter operations, including cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of coffee equipment
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Support team training and coaching related to coffee preparation and service standards
• Guarantee that every customer consistently receives the drink they expect
• Actively support shop operations and carry out Team Member Star duties as required by business needs
