CHEF HOT FOOD

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in food service, restaurant operations, or a similar role
• Experience in hot food preparation and kitchen operations is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure all hot food products meet Pret standards and are consistently delicious
• Develop, prepare, and maintain the standard and quality of hot food offerings
• Ensure quality, freshness, and proper display of all hot food products, delivering Pret Perfect standards to customers
• Produce hot food from both kitchen and front counter areas as required by business operations
• Monitor and ensure that all hot food equipment is maintained and operated in compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Actively support daily shop operations and carry out TM Star duties as required to meet business needs
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
