Production Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sterile liquid compounding
• Good command of the English language
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Shows initiative and has good manual dexterity
• Able to work safely and operate material-handling equipment properly
• Basic math skills
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Ability to calculate machine OOE

Responsibilities:

• Perform CIP/SIP on manufacturing and holding tanks
• Follow procedures to produce products according to standards
• Set up and operate aseptic washing machines
• Conduct routine cleaning and maintain organized documentation
• Assist team members in manufacturing tasks
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow SOPs, GMP, and ISO guidelines
• Train staff on SOP-based tasks
• Work flexible shifts (day or night)
• Operate autoclaves and troubleshoot production issues

• Valid Passport
