ACCOUNTING CLERK (RECEIVABLE AND PAYABLE)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must be with valid 2 years and half passport

Responsibilities:

• Record customer payments (cash, checks, credit card transactions) accurately in the system.
• Update and reconcile accounts receivable, ensuring invoices are tracked and followed up.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies in coordination with sales, customer service, and clients.
• Process vendor invoices, match with purchase orders/contracts, and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue checks, employee reimbursements, and petty cash disbursements
