BARTENDER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel Hospitality (Hotels and restaurants)
• English language knowledge is mandatory (fluent speaking and writing)) Additional languages knowledge will be advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Organizes bar operations: requisitions, stores, issues, inventories alcoholic beverages, hot and cold drinks, etc.
• Serves requested consumables (by type and quantity) in line with waiter-issued tickets and established portions norms.
• Maintain the daily bar log
• Participates in disinfection, pest control, and vermin prevention of the bar area, utensils, equipment, and inventory.
• Properly stores, maintains, and serves beverages.
• Takes part in regular and ad hoc stocks counts of bar supplies and the makeshift storeroom.
• Monitors product and beverage expiration dates and alerts the restaurant manager accordingly

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
