Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Willing to undergo language training in Manila for 2 ½ months, if hired
• At least high school or Vocational graduate
• With at least 6 months and above work experience as a scaffolder or construction worker
• No experience are welcome as long as willing to be trained
• No visible tattoo
• First-time working in Japan
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Physical fitness and strength
• Ability to work at heights
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding according to safety regulations
• Inspect scaffolding for defects or damage
• Ensure scaffolding is stable and secure for workers
• Collaborate with construction team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:

• Valid Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• Employment Certificate
