BROILER FARM SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Overseeing daily operations of broiler farms.
• Ensuring adherence to company standards for performance, animal welfare, and biosecurity.
• Collaborating with contract producers.
• Monitoring flock health and production reports.
• Managing and motivating farm staff.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshooting equipment and environmental control issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of production and performance.

Requirements:

Al Akhawain is a fully nationalized company pioneering in the field of Poultry production , manufacturing of animal feeds , Animal proteins and organic fertilizers.

In 2011 Al-Akhawain was awarded with the ISO certification 9200-22000 for the food safety management system. ISO 22000 is an international standard that defines the requirements of a food safety management system covering all organizations in the food chain from “Farm to Fork”.

As an integrated poultry producer we can maintain and manage the quality of our poultry products, beginning from the Parent farms and maintained up to the customer. Strict bio security , decease and hygienic controls are implemented at various stages of production to assure the quality of the product , which meets the Saudi national standards implemented by SASO. The company manages its own distribution network with regional centers in Riyadh , Al-Kharj, Qassim , Hail Kamis Mushait and Dammam.
