FM Work Controller

Qualifications:

• CAFM Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in using CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) software like Archibus, Maximo, or Concept Evolution.
• IT Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other digital tools for data entry and reporting.
• Understanding of Facilities Management: Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for coordinating with technicians, vendors, and management.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and assign tasks efficiently, keeping track of deadlines and progress.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy in systems and reports.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unforeseen issues in work orders and technician scheduling.
• Prior experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or similar administrative roles.
• Familiarity with work order systems, scheduling, and technician dispatching is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Receiving the work order requests and assign the work order to the Technicians
• Entering the data in the CAFM system
• Generate reports as and when required.
• Good computer literate

Requirements:

• Valid Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
