PLANNING MANAGER (CIVIL)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have worked in a Resort/Hotel Project.
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling using software like Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using critical path analysis, considering all project phases, activities, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Regularly update and maintain project schedules to reflect progress and any changes in scope or conditions.
- Analyze project schedules to identify potential bottlenecks and critical milestones.
- Monitor project progress against the established schedule, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like completion percentage and activity duration.
- Identify deviations from the schedule and implement corrective actions to maintain project timeline.
- Generate progress reports for stakeholders highlighting achievements and areas needing attention.
- Allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) efficiently across the project phases to optimize productivity.
- Forecast resource needs and identify potential resource gaps.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Identify potential project risks (schedule, cost, technical) and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project status meetings to keep everyone informed about progress and potential issues.
- Analyze the impact of proposed project changes on the schedule and budget.
- Manage change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
