EMERGENCY RESPONSE AND OFFSHORE TRAINER

Qualifications:

• Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding (American Red Cross or similar)
• Prior Experience in a lifeguarding or aquatic setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support diverse groups of individuals.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization and execution of lifeguard training sessions, ensuring all materials and equipment are ready and available.
• Help set up training environments, including pools and outdoor areas, for practical exercises .
• Maintain a safe and orderly training environment by monitoring participants and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide support to lead instructors during theoretical and practical training sessions, including demonstrating skills as needed.
• Distribute training materials and documents to participants, ensuring they have the resources to succeed .
• Assist in grading assessments and evaluations of lifeguard candidates, providing feedback to instructors .
• Communicate effectively with participants to address questions and concerns regarding the training process .
• Support the scheduling and administration of lifeguard certification courses and training sessions.
