Supervisor Finishing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finishing Works Section effectively, ensuring all work conducted is of high quality and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Finishing Works Section, ensuring that the equipment is functioning in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conducting regular safety inspections in collaboration with the facility manager and safety officer, identifying and addressing potential hazards, and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Participating in inspections and site visits alongside the Safety Officer
• Conducting thorough inspections of finished surfaces, fixtures, and installations to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and aesthetic requirements. This involves checking for defects, imperfections, and inconsistencies in materials,
• Identifying and addressing any quality issues or deficiencies promptly and effectively. This may involve coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to rectify problems, implementing corrective measures
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure that services provided meet established standards and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to secure Finishing Works-related services
