HOTEL KEEPER

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years of working experience in the Hotel Management Industry.
• Should have a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management;
• Should have TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates in Hotel & Restaurant Services.
• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Should be competent in the supervision of hotel staff, including Front Desk, Housekeeping & maintenance teams.
• Proficiency in hotel management software.
• Should be competent in managing guest check-in & out processes efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Should be able to address guest inquiries, complaints & requests with professionalism.
• Should be able to prepare budgets, manage expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent command of English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Newly renewed passport

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at Php 43,000.00 net monthly.
• 48 Work Hours per week.
• Accommodation will be provided.
• Nine (9) months contract per year, renewable up to 5 years.
