GENERAL LABORER

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years of working experience in the field.
• Must be competent in identifying construction materials and understanding their properties.
• Must be an experienced Rough Mason / Rough Carpenter with TESDA NC II Certificate in Masonry or Carpentry.
• Must be knowledgeable in Performing auxiliary tasks for skilled workers.
• Must be competent in the collection & organizing of materials.
• Must be competent in the gathering, checking the functionally of, and performing basic maintenance on tools and machinery required for work.
• Must be knowledgeable in mixing and preparing materials for plastering, masonry, and surface cladding.
• Knowledgeable in Health and Safety parameters: Risk recognition, correct and safe use of work platforms, portable ladders, fixed and mobile scaffolding.
• Must have correct spatial perception.
• Must be in good physical condition and endurance in various weather conditions
• Excellent English communication skills
• Newly renewed passport

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary is €1,540.00 gross monthly (Php 96,000.00 more or less).
• 40 Work Hours per week.
• One (1) year contract, renewable.
