MASON

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years of working experience in the field.
• Must be a Finishing Mason/Tile Setter.
• Must have a TESDA NCII Certificate in Masonry or Finishing Mason.
• Must be competent in reading & interpreting blueprints and should be well-versed in building construction.
• Must be competent in masonry setup & quality control.
• Must be knowledgeable in floor creation, construction of windows, window sills, thresholds, & stairs.
• Must be keen on utilizing different materials for wall construction.
• Must be competent in knowing the exact methods for using and protecting materials, such as mixing ratios and required setting times.
• Must be competent in covering interior and exterior walls with one or more layers of various types or mortar/plastering.
• Must be an expert in installing ceramics (tiles), marble, carved stone on floors and surfaces and roof covering installations.
• Must be knowledgeable in the construction of sidewalks & fences.
• Should have good knowledge of Health and Safety parameters: Risk recognition, correct and safe use of work platforms, portable ladders, fixed and mobile scaffoldings.
• Should have correct spatial perception.
• Must be in good physical condition and endurance in various weather conditions.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Newly renewed passport

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary is €1,540.00 gross monthly (Php 96,000.00 more or less).
• 40 Work Hours per week.
• One (1) year contract, renewable.
