Qualifications:
- Proven experience 1–2 years barista experience in premium cafés, lounges, or 5-star hotels.
- Trained in espresso machines and latte art.
- Knowledge on mocktails is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods (e.g., espresso machines, pour-over).
- Ability to prepare a wide variety of hot and cold beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to all the guests.
- Overseeing the dining experience, managing the service team, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery, and maintaining the highest
standards of hospitality and lounge presentation. - Key point for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
