Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Experience in Maintenance and Installation of HVAC Systems
Responsibilities:
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual Periodic Maintenance (PM) inspection on all types of HVAC units.
- Cleans units, changes filters, check belts or change if needed, and lubricate moving parts.
- Checks and identifies units for repairs.
- Accomplishes repairs on heating and cooling HVAC units.
- Complies with all OSHA safety regulations and adherence to proper codes and standards
